Scrum incorporates ASG’s project focused principles, together with a rich set of roles and responsibilities to make a smooth transition for all development projects.
ASG Operation & Maintenance (O&M) lifecycle is derived from the best practices of ISO 20001 and ITIL and we will deploy this for this program and ensure alignment with existing processes and procedures established by the customer. We will ensure that an appropriate level of Service-Level Agreements is defined for all in-scope applications and services. Through our structured service reporting mechanism we will objectively measure, report and continuously improve on our service quality.
